Maggie studied her undergraduate degree at UBC in Kinesiology and Health Sciences, after which she worked as a clinical kinesiologist for one year before moving to Glasgow, Scotland to do her Masters of Physiotherapy.

Maggie is eager to treat anyone looking to get back to their normal physical activities by fostering a welcoming and relaxing environment for her patients to feel comfortable with discussing their issues and goals.

Maggie has an interest in treating the pelvic floor, runners, and endurance athletes, and has experience working with triathletes and Ironman athletes from novice to professional. Kevin is a physiotherapist who was born and raised in Duncan, BC. In 2010, Kevin relocated to Nanaimo to complete his bachelor’s degree in Sport, Health, and Physical Education at Vancouver Island University. After completing his degree in 2015, Kevin obtained the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Upon obtaining this certification, he spent the following three years working as a strength and conditioning specialist with both high performance and recreational athletes/teams in Nanaimo. In 2019, Kevin graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia with a Masters in Physical Therapy. Jake is a fully certified Physiotherapist who obtained a Master’s of Science Degree from McGill University in 2015. This programs played an integral role in accelerating Jake’s knowledge, clinical skills, and provided a strong foundation for his clinical practice.

Jake was born in Nanaimo in 1986 and has spent most of his life growing up in the Harbor City. As a youth Jake was heavily involved Nanaimo athletics, primarily hockey. Jake graduated from Dover Bay Secondary in 2004 and then worked full time for 3 years in the construction industry operating heavy machinery and managing gravel pits. Jakes professional background has covered the full spectrum ranging high performance athletes to the geriatric setting and everything else in between. Isabelle is a physiotherapist with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in Ontario. Growing up in Nanaimo, Isabelle was an accomplished dancer who trained and competed extensively in ballet, jazz, and tap. She also swam competitively with the Nanaimo White Rapids program. Through dance and swimming, Isabelle learned early the importance of sports injury prevention and management and sought a career in physiotherapy to help others navigate the same. Isabelle understands the importance of a holistic approach, and really works to find a treatment plan that treats the individual as a whole. She prioritizes allowing patients to maintain activity during their recovery and is eager to support getting people back to doing what they enjoy most.
